You’ve got to be careful of 2 things – one: avoid dead-ends and two: turning the blue knobs turns many cells around it. The idea is to turn the knobs and alter the orange paths until you connect the two red points. These are relatively simpler to understand but can still be challenging to solve. Get it giving as much power as possible before you move on to the next one. One approach that could work is to focus on one wire at a time.Green wires add more power than blue ones, so you’ll need to keep switching between them and turning switches on and off to get the power level just right.Some wires add 1 power bar and some add 2.This involves plugging wires into ports on either side. The idea is to try and get power level in between the two markings on the output meter, not to fill it up all the way.I hate having to do that.There is no guaranteed way to solve all puzzles, instead it’s all about trying and adjusting as you go. I don't want to go down to Easy, but I may have to. I managed to get completely fuckign slaughtered in my first encounter, which strangely involved two enemies this time, as opposed to 1 in the previous games.Īnd this is on bloody Normal. The wrench of course, is almost completely useless and ineffective. THough you do find a wrench on one of the bodies in the first room, and another wrench later. I figured since the other two start you off with a weapon, so would Standard, and it would appropriately enough be a pistol.īut of course, it's not. So I make a third attempt, going for standard weapons this time, as I had noticed that the pistol I found while playing my Energy character, was actually a much better weapon than my energy weapon, and came with a more useful amount of ammo than my other character's heavy weapon.
MY first two builds (both Marine, one Heavy, one Energy), I found myself dying about 15 minutes in, after getting swarmed my the wierd zombie guys in one of the rooms.
