Older versions of CAMWorks cannot open files from newer versions.
As always, verify that coworkers, customers, or vendors are all on the same version of CAMWorks. Back-up data such as any local or shared Technology Database, custom materials database, feeds and speed, or tool libraries, and a data management vault if used. Confirm that the hard drive has enough space to have at least 15% free space after the full installation. Make sure you have a solid modeler software already installed, such as SOLIDWORKS or CAMWorks Solids, and verified the version compatibility. First, ensure that your computer meets minimum system requirements and that your video card passes certification checks.
